Zespri Office Building

This project is Zespri’s latest headquarters building located in New Zealand. Visitors to the new building will notice a range of features, such as smart facades that help reduce temperature control needs, energy-efficient passenger sensing lighting and rooftop solar panels, rainwater harvesting technology, and water-saving pipe fittings. On the facade, we have used  Swaged rectangular-bar materials as the maintenance channel, while its ventilation and transparency also play a beneficial role in improving the indoor temperature environment.
